5AN315 series AC electric motors

General information

The 5AN315 series asynchronous short-circuited electric motors with a special rotor design are designed to drive screw compressors with frequent starts installed on drilling rigs. They operate from an alternating current network with a frequency of 50 and 60 Hz and are manufactured for domestic and export supplies.

The structure of the symbol

5AN315A2S X2:

5 - series designation;

A - asynchronous;

N - protected;

315 - overall size, mm;

A is the conditional size of the core length;

2 - number of poles;

C - special completion (for drilling rigs);

X2 - climatic design (Y, T) and placement category by

GOST 15160-59.

Operating conditions

Nominal values of climatic factors of the external environment according to GOST 15160-59 and GOST 15543.1-89, while the dustiness of the ambient air is not more than 2 mg / m3.

The group of mechanical design M1 according to GOST 17516.1-90, while the double amplitude of vibration of the base plate during drilling, on which the motor is mounted, is not more than 0.1 mm at the frequency of current 20 Hz.

The vibration level of the engines corresponds to class 4.5 according to GOST 20815-93. The noise level is not normalized.

Safety requirements according to GOST 12.2.007.0-75, GOST 12.2.007.1-75, GOST 21130-75, GOST 12.1.004-85.
