It can be used in various transmission devices that require speed adjustment, and is widely used in light industry, textile, chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, machine tool, water pump and other industries. With high-precision sensors, high-precision closed-loop operation can be achieved. This series of motors are squirrel cage motors.

1. The motor can operate normally under the following conditions:

1.1 The ambient air temperature should not exceed 40°C.

1.2 Relative humidity ≤90%.

1.3 The altitude does not exceed 1000m.

2. The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, and the rated frequency is 50Hz. The rated voltage and frequency can also be determined according to the user. The motor speed range is 3~100Hz, below the rated frequency is constant torque output, and above the rated frequency is constant power output. Under the condition of vector control, the speed range can be expanded.

3. The motor is a continuous working system (S1).

Special consideration has been given to the stator, rotor slot shape and stator winding distribution in the design, so that the motor can adapt to the conditions of SPWM and PWM variable frequency power supply, in order to obtain a more suitable inductance value to suppress and reduce harmonics and their causes The adverse effects caused by the higher harmonics.

1. Protection level The protection level of the motor shell is IP54, and it can also be manufactured according to user needs.

2. Cooling method The cooling method of the motor is independent fan cooling (IC416). The specifications of the matching cooling fan are shown in Table 1. Other cooling methods can also be made as required.
