1. Product overview：

IGF type fluorine-lined pipeline pump has very strong corrosion resistance, can replace 316L stainless steel, titanium alloy and other precious metals, and has the advantages of high viscosity, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance.

2. Product features：

　　1. The IGF type fluorine-lined pipeline pump is of vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameters, and is located on the same center line. If a protective cover is added, it can be placed for outdoor use.

　　2. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor bearing and the configuration is reasonable, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the operation of the pump, thereby ensuring the operation balance of the pump and the vibration noise is very low.

　　3. The shaft seal adopts a combination of ordinary and particle-resistant mechanical seals and mechanical seals, which are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and can effectively increase the service life of the mechanical seal.

　　4. The series and parallel operation modes of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of use, that is, the flow rate and head.

3. Scope of use:

　　IGF type fluorine-lined pipeline pump is suitable for long-term transportation of acids, lye, oxidants and other corrosive liquids of any concentration at a temperature of -85℃~+200℃. Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, flue gas desulfurization, dust removal, food, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other sectors.

V. Design features：

　　(1) The IGF type fluorine-lined pipeline pump is of vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameters, and is located on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It has a compact and beautiful appearance, covers a small area, and has low construction investment. It can be used outdoors if a protective cover is added.

　　(2) The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, with short axial dimensions and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the operation of the pump, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the pump and low vibration noise.

　　(3) The shaft seal adopts a mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, imported titanium alloy sealing ring, medium-sized high-temperature-resistant mechanical seal and cemented carbide material, wear-resistant seal, which can effectively increase the service life of the mechanical seal.

　　(4) Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the piping system, as long as the pump conjoined seat nut is removed, all rotor parts can be extracted.

　　(5) The series and parallel operation modes of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of use, that is, the flow rate and head.

　　(6) Vertical and horizontal installation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
