1. Overview of ZA, ZAO, and ZE petrochemical pumps
ZA, ZAO, and ZE petrochemical pumps are single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pumps, which are mainly used in petroleum, chemical industry, synthetic fiber, fertilizer, power station, metallurgy, food, medicine and other industrial sectors to transport clean or granular liquids, low-temperature or high-temperature liquids.
For neutral or corrosive liquids, the temperature of the conveying medium is generally -45℃ -180℃.
ZA, ZAO, and ZE petrochemical process pumps are designed according to API160 and VDMA24297 (light/medium) specifications.
2. Product characteristics of ZA, ZAO, and ZE petrochemical pumps
ZA, ZAO, and ZE petrochemical pumps are single-stage, horizontal, and volute pumps. The pump body is supported by feet and has a single suction impeller. Axial suction, radial discharge；
According to the conditions of use, the front and rear sealing rings and balance holes are used for hydraulic balance.；
The packing box has cooling or heating pipe joints. The shaft seal is sealed with packing, and single-end or double-end mechanical seals can also be used. Equipped with a cooling, flushing or sealing fluid system.
The rated pressure levels of the suction and discharge pipe flanges are the same.
The bearings are lubricated with clean No. 22 mechanical oil.
The direction of rotation of the pump: from the end of the prime mover, it rotates clockwise.
3. Scope of use of ZA, ZAO, and ZE petrochemical pumps
ZA, ZAO, and ZE chemical pumps are suitable for conveying clean or granular liquids, low-temperature or high-temperature liquids, and neutral or corrosive liquids.
