Control Type Description
Not marked: Level control. Using this type of high-performance Key float switch produced by Italian technology, it can reliably realize the automatic control of the start and stop of the water supply and drainage pumps according to the change of liquid level high and low. Other liquid level controllers such as OMRON can also be used according to user requirements.
Type P: pressure control. With an external electric contact pressure gauge or pressure controller, the pump can be automatically turned on and off according to the change of the pipe network pressure. This type is widely used in domestic water supply and fire pressurization system. Since this box is also suitable for controlling the water pump with the key float switch and controlling the water pump with limit switch, button remote control, etc., it is a motor control box with a "universal interface" and has a wide range of applications.
Type T: temperature control. An external temperature controller is used to turn on or off the pump according to the set temperature range, which is used in constant temperature and heat exchange systems.
Type S: time control. The panel of this type of chassis is equipped with time setting buttons and a display, the user can control the opening and closing of the water pump according to the timing needs, and is suitable for the control of various timing or regular intermittent working modes.
Type K: Air conditioning water pump control. This type is a matching product designed for air-conditioning water pump. The pump is turned on manually or by the linkage operation of the control center. When the pump is running, it outputs a control contact condition for starting the refrigeration unit, realizing the control program that the pump must be turned on first and then the air-conditioning unit to ensure safe operation.
Type X: special type for fire fighting. This type is designed according to the national fire code. The fire pump and sprinkler pump can be started by:

Determination of starting method
Generally, pumps with motor power below 15kW are suitable for direct start.
Y: The starting current is small, the starting torque is small, and it can be started more frequently. The pump with the motor power of 15kW-45kW is suitable for Y-△ step-down starting, except for the submersible pump.
Z: The starting current is small, the starting torque is large, and frequent starting cannot be performed. The water pump with a motor power of more than 11kW is suitable for the use of auto-coupling step-down starting when the starting is infrequent.
