Product Description

SPP mixed flow pump is a kind of pump between centrifugal pump and axial flow pump, also known as oblique flow pump. Suitable for forced circulation in chemical process, mariculture, city gas engineering, water treatment system. SPP pumps can economically and effectively transport large flow, low head, pure or containing a certain number of particles, chemically neutral or corrosive liquids (strong corrosive liquids need to be specified). SPP chemical pump performance is high, energy consumption is small, the pump in the whole function range of energy consumption average, can be started under the closed valve, and the motor does not overload, the flow section is large, not easy to plug, the structure fastening, long service life.

Mixed flow pump characteristics

Mixed flow pump is a kind of "pull out" structure pump, in the inspection and disassembly of the impeller and shaft seal, do not need to be connected with the pump body apart the pipeline.

With precision machined pump shaft, with thin oil lubricated bearings, and a protective sleeve in the stuffing gland.

The oil level of the bearing box can be controlled by the constant oil cup.

The supporting feet of the pump body can withstand any load from the pipeline and transfer it directly to the base. In this way, the rotor will not bend because the pump is under load, so as to ensure the best service life of the bearing.

Due to the large flow area, thus reducing blocking.

The direction of rotation of the pump, seen from the driving end, is clockwise. Power drive can be used by electric motor or internal combustion engine. The pump unit can be equipped with a complete vent device to facilitate the exhaust of the suction line.

Flow rate: Q= 200~8300(m³/h)

Total head: H= 5~19 (m)

Pump speed: n=490~1450rpm

Fluid s.g: γ ≤1.5

Fluid temperature:: T=0~105ºC

Pump diameter:: T=0~105ºC

Application:

Transport all kinds of solid particle contained neutral or strong corrosive medium. Mainly used in chemical process enforced circulation, seawater desalination, city coal gas engineering and water treatment system etc.
