Structure and materials :

1. The Column of our Floor Mounted Jib Crane is made of Q235 seamless steel tube .

2. Boom adopts high quality I or H steel beam .

3. Motor can be high performance domestic brand or Europe brand such as Nord , SEW etc .

4. Electric hoist to use our SEALOCEAN brand high quality chain hoist or wire rope hoist depends on the actual requirement .

Maintenance :

Considering the safety factor and high-altitude operation, please make maintenance plan for the jib crane according to actual use situation, and check it according to the following key tips at least every half a year .

1. Bolt connection wire, anchor bolt connection, bolt connection with end cover of stopper. Bolt connection for radial arm installation and bolt connection for driving device installation.

2. Check the matching and wear situation about the connection parts of hoist and trolley , trolley and beam . Generally, use a lithium or calcium base grease after 6 months. Check electrical components situation , including cable slide wear, flat cable damage, etc.

3. Check the stop device wear situation .

4. When checking and maintain the electric hoist , it should be operated by professional trained person , inspect the hoist , load chain , trolley traveling device according to relative manual .

5. Replace the damage parts which exceed the specified value .
